TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED FOR SALE ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 4TH AT 7PM.

 

FESTIVAL TICKET INFORMATION - We are using a new ticketing company called Vendini. All attendees 18 and older must purchase a festival ticket regardless of camping status. Attendees under 18 are FREE when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. All attendees must wear a wristband during the festival. Attendees must purchase a festival ticket when reserving a campsite. Additional adults will need to buy an event ticket as well. We recommend you review the Camping Info Link before reserving a campsite. Call 603-239-2388 for more information. Warning: All sales are final! Tickets and Campsite Reservations are Non-refundable

FESTIVAL CAMPING INFORMATION

• Festival Camping is August 1, 2018 through Sunday August 5, 2018. Must depart before 12 PM to avoid additional camping Fee.

• Rough field camping is included with your festival ticket.

• Reserved Primitive Campsites $90/event + event ticket = $220

• Powered Campsites (20 amp) $150/event + event ticket = $280 Includes 1 adult

• Additional Adult at Campsite $45/Event

• Paid hot shower available ($2.00)

• RV dump station onsite included on departure. $25 to dump on arrival.

Pre-Festival and Post-Festival Camping (Prior to Wednesday)

• Early Open Field Camping and Reserved Site Camping (must have paid for a reserved site prior to calling the campground) is allowed for $25/ night. Come in anytime before the festival, setup your camp in the designated areas, get established and enjoy!!

Please purchase your pre or post Festival nights of extra camping directly with the Sugar Shack Campground by calling 603 236-9106. Ask for Paul.

If purchasing by US Mail make check payable in US dollars to Pemi Valley Bluegrass Associates. Mail to PO Box 486, Plymouth, NH 03264 . Include a stamped self addressed return envelope.
Include a $5 service charge fee with your payment via mail.

Be sure and visit our camping information page to view pictures and maps of different reserved campsites. There are maps of specific areas available as well.

Little reminders to help us be considerate campers and music fans --

• No smoking under tents
• Very low conversations under tents and in concert area
• Go outside of tent for conversation, phone calls and smoking
• Pets must be leashed at all times
• Pick up after pets at all times
• No pets or glass in concert area
• No moving of chairs in concert area or under tent
• High back or rocker chairs at side of tent only
• No drugs tolerated at all in any area
• Use of generators between 8 am and 10 pm only
• No cutting of any timber or branches from trees
• Put all rubbish in dumpster daily
• Mopeds, motorcycles, or ATV's to be ridden only upon entering or leaving property
• No firearms, fire works, bows and arrows or chain saws
• No washing of dishes, clothes or pets and no soap in pond or in river.
